Project summary

The COVID-19 pandemic is imposing unprecedented changes on our lives, such as confinement. This exceptional situation will have short-term, medium-term and long-term effects on our health and our psychological well-being.

«Living with the Pandemic in Quebec» is a study aiming to document and understand the consequences of this crisis on individuals, families, communities and people working in health and social services. The study will also enable us to monitor how people adapt to the new realities as the crisis unfolds.

Living with the Pandemic in Quebec is large-scale research project involving the four research centres of the CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale in collaboration with PULSAR, a collaborative research platform hosted at Laval University. The PULSAR platform enables us to provide the highest level of security based on best practices in personal data management.

This project has been approved by the Ethics Committee of the Primary Care and Population Health Research Sector of the CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale (Project 2021-2043).
